RETURN POLICY

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned so long as the items remain sealed and unopened. A valid receipt is required for all in-store returns.

Online Purchases

To be eligible for a return and refund for items purchased online, items must be:

• sealed and unopened;
• in the same condition as received; and
• carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Once we receive the returned items and inspect and confirm the returned items (to ensure that they are sealed and unopened; in the same condition as when sent; and carefully packaged), a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date the return is delivered for the refund to be processed. 

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
