Shipping Policy

*Please note that we currently ship domestically within the U.S. only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. Order Processing Time
    Items will usually be packaged and shipped the same business day we receive your oder, or the next business day. During periods of unexpectedly high order volume, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. 

    For pre-order items, we begin processing and packaging 3 to 4 business days after the product's expected release date. Please note that shipping delays from Korea can sometimes affect this timeline on our end. 

    *NOTE: If you pre-order more than 1 item, your orders will ship together. Please wait until we receive all albums in stock before we send a final confirmation email with your tracking number.
  2. Address Change
    If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately at kpopstoryus@gmail.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it.

  3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
    We offer different shipping methods via USPS and UPS at checkout based on the size and quantity of the item(s) you purchase. Most items ship through Media Mail or Priority Mail.Please note that posters can only be shipped by First Class, and light sticks can only be shipped by Priority Mail. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
    Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a separate email confirming your shipment, along with a tracking number.

    *NOTE: Tracking for Media Mail items sent to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands may experience delays in the system.

  5. Lost or Stolen Packages 
    Kpop Story is not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping, or for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    We carefully inspect and package every order before it ships. If your item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at kpopstoryus@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damages or incorrect item. We will review your request. Otherwise, for return of other items, please review our Return Policy. 

    *NOTE: Some items may contain minor factory imperfections from the manufacturing process, which are out of our control.
